Children aren’t born with knowing all the hygiene habits of their bodies. Parents & pediatricians play an important role in the process to make them learn good hygiene habits. These habits help boosts their self-esteem and confidence too.

Washing hands is the most important hygiene habit. Undoubtedly, this is the best way to prevent the spread of germs and illnesses. Make sure they carry a sanitizer with them to sanitize their hands whenever needed. They should wash their hands frequently in the following situations:

Skincare is very essential for children of all age groups. Often children develop skin rashes, bumps and scabs. So tell them to check for such marks on skin regularly. Just instruct them to look over the skin from head to toe to ensure they don’t have any new marks on their skin that need care. It is equally important to go for regular pediatric health care to make sure they are healthy.
